All candidates are screened and interviewed thoroughly before being included in ALMESNO’s program offerings.

PLACEMENT
Once a candidate enters ALMESNO’s sales program, we work closely with our clients to determine potential fits and arrange interviews. Each week new candidates are included in a detailed but brief newsletter catalogue which displays a summary of qualifications and a quick-access link to a short video introduction of themselves. Our clients use this efficient strategy to quickly review newsletters and pick out candidates they are interested in interviewing.
